Overview: Responsible for the administrative tasks related to the appliance repair customer experience. Responsibilities include preparation of repair folders, scheduling of various repair functions, and closeout of the folders. Also during down time employee will answer the phones for appliance install, and do several administrative tasks for the department.
Essential Duties:
- Work with customers, sales personnel, contractors and installers to facilitate the efficient installation of newly purchased appliances.
- Answer customer calls and create service orders
- Efficiently route service calls to technicians
- Perform various service, order, billing, and logistic tasks
- Strong computer skills
- Good customer interaction skills
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday Schedule)
