APP - Outpatient Neurology - Newnan, GA
Piedmont is recruiting for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient neurology clinic located in Newnan, GA. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with no current call responsibilities.
In this role you will:
- Provide Outpatient General Neurology medical services to patients within Newnan/Coweta County and the surrounding communities. Focus areas will include, but are not limited to seizure, migraine and memory loss patients. This role will partner with two General Neurology physicians to grow practice volumes and improve patient access.
- Emphasize health promotion as well as acute and chronic disease management.
- Augment a physician’s ability to provide medical services to patients
- Collect and document data, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order and schedules laboratory studies and professional consultations and provide direct patient care services.

Requirements
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience working as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in a neurology setting.
Masters, Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification

Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as a NP by State of Georgia with National Certification
