Professional Equities, Inc. (PEI) is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join the maintenance team at Jefferson Townhomes located at 333 Tuckahoe, St. Louis, MO 63125.

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of three years residential maintenance experience with an above average skill set in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and make ready maintenance. An EPA license is not required for this position.

Work schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Emergency on-call maintenance rotation of one week out of every three weeks is required. Maintenance Technicians are required to provide their own set of power and hand tools.
