We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a
brand new senior apartment building; Oxford Place in Canton, OH!
Qualifications:
$18-$20 hour + Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k + Matching and AFLAC

- Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting
- Completing work orders
- Completing apartment turnovers
- Assist with cleaning common spaces
- Grounds maintenance
- Snow Removal
- Emergency On-Call rotation required
Qualifications:
- Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend climb and reach
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
