Apartment Maintenance Technician Job at MTH MANAGEMENT
We are a family owned business that continues to grow into a national company. Our main office for our growing company is based out of East Lansing, MI but we have properties all over mid-Michigan, and other surrounding states.
We are looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our apartment complexes in the Howell, South Lyon, Brighton and Fowlerville, MI areas.
Responsibility included but no limited to regular maintenance and preparing units for move in. Skills needed plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair. HVAC helpful.
Looking for a person with good interpersonal skills and simple computer skills. Must have own tools and vehicle.
$19 - $22 per hour plus mileage
