100% FTE. Scheduled shifts are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. No weekends or holidays. Applicants hired into this position can work remotely from most states. This will be discussed during the interview process.

We are seeking an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud Analyst to:
- Provide technical support for the system integrations, reports application security and overall technical environment of UW Health’s Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud system.
- Help develop, implement, automate and optimize solutions to meet business needs and work on resolutions with the vendor.
- Develop strategies around solving business problems within the construct of our ERP environment and system, leveraging its capabilities to the fullest in small configuration changes or large project implementations.
- Coordinate with operational teams on a rapid release management cycle of security updates, product enhancements, and full release upgrades, that impact existing processes and integrations.
- Participate in leveraging testing plans in support of rapid release cycles across integrations throughout the enterprise.
Education:
Minimum – Associate degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field
Two (2) years of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree
Preferred – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health care, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
Work Experience:
Minimum –
Demonstrated success in design, development, configuration, support, and adoption of small to medium to scale solutions.
Demonstrated success applying critical thinking to identify problems and opportunities.
Demonstrated success teaching and mentoring.
Licenses and Certifications :
Preferred – Vendor (e.g. Epic, Oracle, other) certifications as relevant for the position , per department guidelines
