JOB TITLE: Analyst – {ZL6445834}
Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks an Analyst in San Francisco, CA to apply advanced financial, economic, quantitative and qualitative methods and principles to evaluate and execute acquisitions, financing and equity raising transactions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience preparing and analyzing historical and projected financial information including income statement, balance sheet and cash flows. Prior experience must include at least three (3) years of experience analyzing financial statements to calculate net working capital and normalize Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA); analyzing net debt to assist buying and selling companies; performing due diligence, research, analysis, and documenting live transactions for target companies; coordinating and performing business due diligence and execute merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions; developing recommendations for private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions by preparing financial analysis; analyzing and reviewing materials for clients’ financing needs including confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing pitches; and creating presentations related to merger and acquisition (M&A) for technology clients to achieve their financial goals. #DNI
Expectations:
The salary range for this position in California is $110,000 to $125,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
