Job Title: Chatbot Engineer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Chatbot Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about natural language processing, deep learning, and machine learning. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining state-of-the-art conversational agents powered by the latest AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain natural language processing (NLP) models and machine learning (ML) algorithms for conversational agents
• Research and implement cutting-edge NLP and ML techniques to enhance ChatGPT's and/or other Chatbot's performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate ChatGPT and/or other Chatbot's into various applications and platforms
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of ChatGPT and/or other Chatbot's models to ensure efficiency and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of ChatGPT and/or other Chatbot models to production
• Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and enhance the user experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in NLP, ML, and AI technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in natural language processing and machine learning
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Knowledge of NLP concepts and techniques such as sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and semantic parsing
• Experience with chatbot development and deployment using platforms such as Dialogflow, Botpress, or Rasa
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with a focus on NLP or machine learning
• Experience with transformer-based models such as GPT-3, BERT, or RoBERTa
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications in conversational agents
• Familiarity with speech recognition and synthesis technologies
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or Matplotlib
