The Technical Support Specialist, reporting to the Training & Technician Manager for North America, will be a Technical Specialist providing technical-related support from Local Sales Organization and Dealer personnel within USA and Canada. Maintain a strong customer focus on a daily basis across all channels including, phone, email, dealer web portal, and in person meetings. Troubleshoot technical and software issues on dairy farms; specifically milking, vacuum, and herd management software system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting company's herd management software and related equipment
  • Manage support of new product installations and product updates
  • Support the field staff and dealer employees in comany's herd management software and equipment related questions
  • Log and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Provide technical, classroom-based training for field staff and dealer employees
  • Be part of an on-call rotation to provide support.
