If you are located in Basking Ridge, NJ, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Functions as a Sr Scrum Master /Agile Coach /Release Train Engineer with an ability to work with multiple Dev teams
- Adapts/implements methodologies approved by the organization (agile, scrum, LeSS)
- Collaborates with multiple teams and Product owners to ensure team members can articulate a clear, compelling product vision, aligned with portfolio vision
- Work with teams to measure progress / health using Agile methods, creates metrics and influences improvement in key indicators (e.g. MBOs, velocity, definition of done, and throughput)
- Facilitate PI Planning and Sprint planning and ensuring there is continual grooming process which drives the development of product Backlog
- Facilitate PMC meetings and works with Product Owners, Business and Technical Delivery Leads, Release Delivery Lead to review product backlog / roadmap health and capital/budget
- Works with leadership to support demand / capacity management / forecasting for multiple teams / products (team velocity, high level estimations, release planning)
- Tracks program financials and ensure budgets are being adhered to
- Collaborates with team to identify and understand roadblocks/challenges
- Manage risks and dependencies, escalate and track impediments
- Influence org and org behaviors (e.g. presenting and consuming
- Agile talks, wiki pages, blogs)
- Develops project/programs plans that include milestones, tasks, dependencies, critical path, and resource assignments
- Focuses on continuous improvement and optimization under organization, creates best Agile/development practices
- Flexible and adaptive in the face of change and obstacles
- Initiates opportunities and influences stakeholders with ideas that drive business value
- Has extensive familiarity with many technologies and applies knowledge to drive enterprise direction

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of working with all aspects of System Development Life Cycle
- 6+ years of IT Project Management experience
- 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master/RTE on a large Agile project
- Proficient with CA Agile/Rally, Aha, and PPMO Optics
- Proficiency with MS Office (Including Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- CSM, CSP-SM Certification
- SAFe Agilist Certification
- LeSS experience
