Responsibilities:
Provide excellent support to our Agents and facilitate prompt resolutions to any potential issues
Conduct market analysis weekly that include competitor pricing and rates
Monitor gross profit per transaction (GPT) analysis in accordance with the information available for each Agent (fees, competition, bonuses, commissions, etc.)
Coordinate solutions with the Sales team to mitigate negative trends in transaction volume and revenue
Negotiate transaction volume, commissions, FX rate and customer fees to increase transactions and maximize revenue
Build strong relationships by maintaining continual communication and visiting Agents to sustain long-term business partnerships
Provide support to Agents to avoid and minimize potential suspensions from the Accounts Receivable and Collections department and assist in reactivating suspended Agents
Monitor and recommend exchange rate adjustments as requested by the Agent
Support Agents with transactions on hold, transactions requiring modifications, minimize refunds and customer complaints in order for transactions to be processed to customer satisfaction
Coordinate training for new Agents to properly use the system (FX Online)
Coordinate with the Agent Success team for the overall growth of transactions and revenue
- Qualifications
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support or customer service role
Able to understand and overcomes obstacles with creative individual solutions
Ability to understand complex situations, address them or escalate problems to management
Able to anticipate the business needs and collaborate with other department to meet them
Strong organization, analytical and detail-oriented skills
Intermediate level experience in Excel
2 years of experience in the money service business industry preferred
Must be able to work weekends, work outside of regular business hours and be occasionally on call
