Your Responsibilities:
Execute various functions including but not limited to:
- Weekly reporting to appropriate groups for all assigned communities
- Preparation/attendance at construction, relocation meetings
- Processing/submittal of documents for clients
- Submittal of client referrals
- Execution of client contracts at the local housing authority
- Acts as liaison between community managers and compliance, relocation, construction, and housing authority departments
- Monitors Housing Quality Standards (HQS) approvals/expirations
- Assists with waitlist list entry monitoring and reports weekly waitlist statistics
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- You have a high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years previous property management experience in multi-family properties.
- You have basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting.
- You have basic knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing public housing.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel software.
