Assist affiliate manager with daily tasks. Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming inquiries and update information in database.
- Track sales leads and respond to inquiries.
- Manage and track workshops, attendee information, and survey results.
- Communicate regularly with affiliate organizations around the world.
- Assist affiliate manager with scheduling and coordinating training events.
- Process and track invoices for affiliate workshops.
- Maintain the affiliate and certified facilitator contact list and training requirements.
- Keep the affiliate webpages current.
- Oversee the affiliate portal and assist all users and the IT manager with the site.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Detailed and project oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Strong written and phone communication skills.
- Articulate in the English language.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce and QuickBooks
- International business knowledge is helpful.
