Family Service Association of Howard County is hiring a full-time Domestic Violence Program Advocates for midnights (12:00a - 8:00a). The Advocate will assist clients residing at the Domestic Violence Shelter. Advocates are responsible for answering and operating the telephone system including crisis calls. Additionally, advocates are responsible for completing client intakes, ensuring that the client receives orientation (and understands the policies and procedures), and completing the client exit paperwork. They are further responsible for completing daily paperwork, unlocking doors, keeping record of where all clients are located, advocacy and in general assisting clients through an extremely difficult time.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
