Summary:

The Advisor Compensation Processor compiles, processes, and maintains records of business transactions and office activities within the commission’s department at a superior level. Our ideal candidate will become part of a team responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of routine and complex transactions, supporting the activities associated with Brokerage Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, input, maintain and track commission batches from sponsor companies and representatives alike by coding with rep information, and product information on the commission statement

• Communicate and resolve with sponsors discrepancies in statements and payments received

• Formats excel spreadsheets for upload into the commission system for processing to reps.

• Perform Quality Assurance on colleagues’ work to ensure the accuracy of the information entered into the commission’s systems as batches are processed.

• Prepare processed batches each week for imaging into the Docupace System.

• All other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent (GED) required

Basic Requirements:

• Must be proficient in the following: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

• Must acquire and retain the knowledge of securities industry rules and best practices regarding Commission Processing and have strong organizational and time management skills.

• Must be team-oriented and client-focused.

Preferred Requirements:

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• 1 – 2 years of industry experience
