Asbury University seeks an innovative and driven admissions professional with a desire to learn and a creative drive to maximize the potential of the Slate CRM and processing team.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Admissions Operations, the Admissions Operations Coordinator is a full-time, leadership position in the Enrollment and Marketing department that will support the college’s enrollment efforts by providing Slate data management, data integrity, and technical support to Admissions, Strategic Communications, and other auxiliary enrollment-related departments. The primary functions include developing, overseeing, and documenting all current and new operational admission processes to ensure data integrity for the Slate CRM, Anthology Student SIS, and admission processes.
Job Duties:
- Works with the Director of Admissions Operations to streamline the admissions and enrollment processes for students applying to all programs at Asbury University.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the admissions process, including supervising a team of processing and quality assurance team members.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements process improvements as appropriate.
- Assists Director of Admissions Operations in training of staff for effective use of the Slate CRM system.
Job Qualifications:
Required Education
- Accredited bachelor’s degree
Required Experience
- Experience in admissions or other enrollment areas
- Experience with Slate CRM
Required Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills.
- Ability to recognize and prevent potential errors.
- Ability to work effectively as a team-player and independently
- A committed and dynamic Christian faith is vital along with the ability to support the University’s theological position, lifestyle standards and mission.
Preferred Job Qualifications
- Experience with Anthology Student SIS
- Experience in operations and/or data management
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
- Experience creating Configurable Joins queries and reports.
