Community Home Health Care is seeking to hire an Admissions Coordinator. This is an essential position where you will set up services for our new patients.

Hours: This is a full-time position at 36 hours per week.

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Set up services for new patients
  • Communicate with patients, aides, and vendors to set up quality services
  • Authorization retrieval
  • Schedule nurses to conduct intake process
  • Staff cases
  • Data entry

Coordinator Qualifications:

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Entry-level computer skills
  • Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-orientated and organized
