Systems, Products & Solutions, Inc. (SPS) is a Huntsville based Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) with more than 17 years of experience as a U.S. Army logistics provider to Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), Tactical Command (TACOM) and Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM). Over the years, SPS greatly expanded its core support capabilities with its current specialties being Army maintenance and logistics (supply and transportation), Total Package Fielding, Field Service Support, Training and Training Development, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Engineering and C4ISR support services.
THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT REWARD
Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama. Significant experience with document editing, document structure, and logic flow. Experience with desktop publishing and word processing is required. The Administrative Specialist position requires familiarity with general office procedures to include but not limited to the following tasks:
- Answering multiple phone lines.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining a calendar of events, and updating attendance records. Coordinate travel OCONUS/CONUS.
- Selecting appropriate general office methods from a wide variety of clerical procedures and follows standard operational procedures and manual.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or by using a computer, and support supervisor with general clerical duties regarding job fair events, employer contacts, and setting up booth space.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information.
- Prepare classrooms for instructors, and often times assist classroom participants individually or in small groups to help them master assignments presented by instructors.
Experience
