Administrative Project Coordinator Job at Systems Planning Corporation
Systems Planning Corporation (SPC), a subsidiary company of GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be assigned to our Canton, OH office, but will work from a client's office in Akron, OH. The Administrative Project Coordinator will assist managers in gathering and maintaining technical documentation.
This position is in anticipation of more growth and is an evergreen position. As such, the timeline to hire is unknown and will be as needed. If you are interested in this type of work we encourage you to apply and we will reach out when we are ready to move forward. It could be several months.
- Supports department by reviewing, understanding, collecting and maintaining electronic and paper technical documentation including but not limited to blueprints, specifications, schematics and other forms of technical documentation.
- Verifies accuracy of documentation and completeness of files and resolves discrepancies.
- Ensures documents are retained and destroyed in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implements processes for document approval, distribution, modification, scanning, saving, and destruction, as well as a process to convert files to a different electronic and/or paper system.
- May utilize an electronic document/record management system.
- Performs other duties as assigned by client management.
Physical Requirements
- Follows all safety requirements.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.

Experience
Required- 4 year(s): 4 years of previous, related experience.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Detail orientation and attentiveness.
- Strong clerical skills.
Education
Required- High School or better in Diploma or related field
- Associates or better in Business Administration or related field
Licenses & Certifications
Required- Driver's License
