Status: Part-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt


Summary of the Position: The Harris County Community Engagement and Support Services program is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide office support for all aspects of the program.

  • Individual is responsible for multiple office duties including but not limited to preparing weekly paperwork, processing payroll and new hires, and maintaining confidential client and personnel records.
  • Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
  • Applicant should be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills and work with computers (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Must be able to work independently, have positive communication and customer service skills are essential.

This is a Part Time position with the potential to go Full Time

Qualifications/Requirements: A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates degree is preferred.

  • Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
  • Some understanding of insurance and third-party billing is helpful.

Bi-Lingual is preferred

Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance limits with a minimum of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident bodily injury liability.
