Arbor Breeze Mechanical LLC Ann Arbor, MI 48108

We are a small Ann Arbor based HVAC company looking for a part-time administrative manager to assist with day-to-day duties and take over the marketing responsibilities. Arbor Breeze office hours are 8am-4pm Monday through Friday, and we are looking for someone who can work in office two/three days a week with potential for full time as we grow. Health insurance and PTO are available at 32 hours a week after 90 days of satisfactory employment.

Responsibilities include:

-Answering phones

-Scheduling appointments

-Managing company emails

-Billing and taking payments

-Maintaining daily office assignments

-Managing our overall marketing platform

Skills and Qualifications:

-Experience in a customer service setting

-Ability to work on one’s own without supervision

-Excellent communication skills

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office

-Marketing or comparable experience

-HVAC experience preferred but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
