Collins Aerospace is hiring for an Administrative Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. This role will support the Data & Digital Solutions team within the Connected Aviation Solutions business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supports with managing schedules, arranging meetings, and reconciling meeting discrepancies.
  • Assists in planning, scheduling, organizing, and execution of meetings, events, conferences, and off-sites.
  • Serve as or arrange for onsite contact as needed for meetings, mail needs, greeting/escorting visitors, etc.
  • Prepares travel/training arrangements and process travel/training accounting in a timely matter.
  • Completes expense reporting for organization in a timely matter.
  • Maintains updated org charts, distribution lists, etc.
  • Maintains, updates, and serves as focal point for databases or spreadsheets.
  • Acts as an extension of help for the leadership team.
  • Send reminders and follow ups on staff activities /tasks requested from the leadership team.

Required Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder
