Role/Responsibilities

  • Provide executive level administrative support with strong focus on calendar management, travel coordination and absorption of administrative tasks; uses initiative to relieve manager of detail work.
  • Liaises with support groups – i.e., Human Resources, Building Services, Technology
  • Handles a wide variety of complex situations and resolves conflicts constructively.
  • Handles confidential and time sensitive material in an appropriate manner.
  • Review and approve office supply and technology related requisitions.
  • Organizes and prioritizes multiple tasks and completes them under time constraints.
  • Coordinate and plan department-wide events including group meetings, off-sites, outings and receptions taking care to stay within prescribed budget.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years related experience working in a corporate environment
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet navigation and research.
  • Advanced Knowledge of PeopleSoft
  • Excellent organization, follow-up and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills – ability to convey thoughts clearly and succinctly and, when required, to present before a group.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Maturity – ability to handle highly confidential matters with discretion
  • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with Senior Management
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring hourly range for this position is $61,200 to $88,650 depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location.
