Exciting opportunity for part-time, professional work with a dynamic group of individuals in a boutique real estate office located in scenic Skaneateles, New York.

The Administrative and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing the marketing efforts of the agency, including the creative design of postcards, brochures and other collateral material as well as carrying out a variety of office related clerical duties including maintenance of filing system (both hard copy and digital), office supplies, reception duties, etc.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Associate degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Two or more years’ experience in marketing and clerical work
  • Familiarity with design software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
