Job Type: Full-time
Location: Position is remote but will require meets to grab documentation between Roanoke, VA and Kingsport, TN.
Halo is seeking a hybrid, Administrative Assistant/ Land Technician due to our increased clientele!

Responsibilities
- Prepares general, routine correspondence for others’ signature;
- Assists Landmen in with procedures and preparation of contracts, oil and gas leases, assignments, agreements, reports, spreadsheets, lease purchase reports and other applicable documents;
- Reviews invoices and circulate for approvals;
- Assists in preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Completes title research and curative as directed by Landmen;
- Maintaining internal records including organization and date entry
- Performs general office administration tasks such as scanning, printing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, supplies inventory, and office equipment maintenance
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational
- Uncompromised attention to details and accuracy
- High School Diploma required, applicable degree preferred
- 2-3 years administrative experience preferred
- 1 year oil and gas experience preferred
