Job Summary
Schoolcraft College is in need of a skilled Administrative Assistant II, who is able to use independent judgment to carry out procedures and can perform clerical and secretarial duties for appropriate personnel.

Required Qualifications
  • Thirty (30) college credits related to the position.
  • One (1) year of experience as a secretary or related.
  • General clerical skills including accuracy in basic math, filing, proofreading, typing, spelling and data entry.
  • Ability to understand and operate appropriate office equipment, including personal computers and working knowledge of department-specific software.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
