Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher Job at Heavenly Cool Appliance Repair
Administrative assistant needed. The position is full time, Guaranteed 40 hours weekly.
- Position pays $14/hr
- W2 Position
Candidate will be responsible for coordinating service calls and scheduling technician routes in our service department. Other duties will include administrative and general office tasks related to the operation of the service department. Candidate must have time management skills and be able to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks in an active and often changing office setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule calls out for repair technicians
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Polished interpersonal, listening and communication skills
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize
- Excellent proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; computer literacy a must
- High level of attention to detail
- Positive, mature attitude
Job Requirements:
- Must be comfortable using the computer and online programs
- Solid communication skills
- Maintains safe and clean desk area.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be able and willing to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to multi-task
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- High school diploma or GED are required.
