Administrative Assistant - Quail
Summit Properties seeks a part-time, 10 hour per week Administrative Assistant for 260+ independent senior living apartments at Quail Hollow Senior Living Community in West Lebanon, NH. The Administrative Assistant will work with the Community Manager to help keep the office organized and running efficiently.
Candidate will enjoy administrative and accounting work, as well as be comfortable and confident in a customer service role. Other professional traits we are seeking include managing time effectively, attentive to details, responsible, friendly and accommodating, organized, intelligent, willing to tackle challenges and solve problems.
Specific duties and job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Tenant customer service
· General office work and filing
· Responding to phone calls, email & website inquiries
· Maintaining and scanning resident files
· Assisting with lease paperwork
· Verification of income paperwork with the Compliance Officer
Property management and affordable housing experience is ideal. Knowledge of LIHTC, and Section 8 programs is a plus. Computer skills are required including proficiency in Microsoft Suite; MRI and other property management software are a plus.
