As an Administrative Assistant you will:

  • Handle communications and information requests.
  • Answer telephone calls and transfer to appropriate individuals/departments as needed.
  • Process incoming and outgoing daily mail.
  • Maintain and enter information into databases.
  • Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Track and coordinate business processes.
  • Receive visitors, arrange conference calls, schedule meetings and trainings.
  • Bring your smile and positive outlook to the office every day.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Work includes remaining seated for extended periods of time operating a personal computer, occasional travel by automobile, and lifting boxes up to 30 pounds.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma.
  • Three years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative, legal, or regulatory environment
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
