Administrative Assistant Job at Restart Counseling PLLC
Restart Counseling PLLC is a small (currently two provider) mental health private practice. We are looking to hire an intake coordinator/administrative assistant to work from home (we do plan to expand in the next six months and have this new hire then work from behind a desk in the main office). Ideally this person would have experience in working within a mental health clinic and be familiar with HIPPA privacy laws and practices. This person would be professional, organized, and compassionate. This person would be responsible for sending out new client paperwork and reviewing it when returned, scheduling/rescheduling, contacting clients regarding various issues, answering the phones for 2 hours per day (this is flexible and negotiable), as well as working collaboratively with our two providers. This person may also be working with contacting insurances and/or checking patient insurance eligibility and doing some billing.
