Prince CPA Group, with offices in Lake Nona, Downtown Orlando, and Melbourne is actively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to be responsible for the front office in our Lake Nona location.
Prince is a regional Public Accounting Firm with four areas of expertise; Accounting, Attestation, Tax and Consulting Services, with a primary focus of Homebuilding and Real Estate Development. Our firm provides outstanding service to our clients because of our dedication to the three underlying principles of professionalism, responsiveness and quality.
The administrative role will support the Lake Nona team during “season”, which runs during the January thru April months with mini seasons in the fall, by greeting clients face-to-face and by providing excellent service via the telephone. The role will perform a variety of tasks throughout the standard work day to include appointment setting, client follow-up, payment processing, and the overall management of the front office area. During non-season, there will be special projects pertaining to marketing whereby attention to detail and written communication along with creativity will be in high demand.
The candidates that will be given immediate consideration, will be those with the following experience / traits:
- Minimum of 3 years of Administrative and/or customer service support experience
- Professional demeanor both on the telephone and in person
- An ability to display a high level of integrity in dealing with people at all levels
- Ability to utilize tact, diplomacy discretion and good judgment at all times, but especially when exposed to sensitive or confidential material
- Be well organized, detail oriented and have strong time-management skills
- Ability to identify critical issues quickly and navigate priorities based on last minute changes
- Ability to work both autonomously on assignments and collaboratively as needed
- Ability to work on assignments of moderate difficultly, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $44,000.00 per year
