Summary:
This position has the primary responsibility of performing and overseeing administrative duties while providing an extensive level of support to our President.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage the President's calendar and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Assists with ad hoc projects and complete other regular duties or projects as directed or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 1 year in an executive administrative support role
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
