Administrative Assistant Job at NCB Management Services, Inc.
This position provides administrative support to upper-level management. In this position, the Administrative Assistant will be assigned a range of duties that will need to be completed in an efficient and effective manner.
Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
- Answer and manage incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Liaison between executives and internal staff at all levels
- Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports
- Independently exercise good judgment and sound reasoning by prioritizing assignments and multiple tasks with little to no supervision
- Prioritizes conflicting needs, and handles matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
Key Competencies:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Independent problem-solving analysis and decision-making skills
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Proficient knowledge of relevant computer programs such as MS office
- Possess a high level of professionalism
- Must be punctual and dependable
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience providing support to upper-level management is preferred
- Minimum HS diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
