As a per diem, nonexempt Administrative Assistant with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will report to the Vice President of CPS’s Pharmacy Solutions Team and provide professional administrative support and customer service to the Pharmacy Solutions Team and Brooklyn Park Corporate office. This is an in office position.
This role requires face to face customer service with office staff and vendors. You will work extensively with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, coding & maintaining office invoices, supporting local leadership and remote customers, vendor service management and day to day office management. Other duties include greeting guests, being the point person for office related maintenance/supply issues, sorting/distributing mail, entering data into automated systems, ordering office supplies, issuing security cards, and assisting with lunch arrangements. You will also work on projects and perform other duties as required from time to time.
Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 12 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am to 1pm.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years of recent related work experience in an office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Professional communication skills (both verbal & written) will all levels of management and staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
