Duties:

• Accounts receivable and invoicing ownership
• Weekly payroll submissions
• Weekly / Monthly reporting
• Swiftly answer phone and convert inbound opportunities
• Rapid follow-up on digital form submissions & inquiries
• Relentless follow-up with unconverted and past customers
• Precisely input client data
• Schedule and confirm client appointments
• Assist with new project setup and color collection
• Other Duties as assigned
