Peoria Lawn is looking for one admin assistant to join our team. We are located on 4201 Pfeiffer Rd, Bartonville, IL 61607. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working. Open Interviews are every Tuesday between 9am -12pm. All other interviews will be by appointment only.

Responsibilities... Everything Office Related

*Answer and process incoming calls *Create Estimates *Schedule, Route, and Assign Jobs to Trucks/Techs *Follow Up with Clients *Process Client Payments *Process Receipts into QuickBooks Online *Assist in keeping up with accounting *Maintain Office Appearance: Clean / Organize *Assist in other tasks such as marketing, planning, home/trade shows, etc.

Qualifications

*Exceptional attention to detail *Ability to Multitask *Ability to organize and create orderly systems *Experienced in computer technology that includes Scheduling Software, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Etc. *Knowledgeable with Online Marketing Platforms such as Google, Yelp, Bing, Etc.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00/hour.
