ADL Videographer/Photographer – 1 Opening

Our company is an innovative small business offering technical, management, and training solutions, has an immediate need for an experienced ADL Videographer/Photographer to support commercial and federal government clients.
Work Location:
- Norfolk, VA 1 Opening
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing training aids to be used as embedded sound and video formats for ADL and that meet learning objectives in accordance with SOPs
- Producing live-streaming broadcasts as part of synchronous course deliveries.
- Providing video and photographic training objects that meet technical standards for delivery via the USCG Standard Workstation and are compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
- Combining text, illustrations, and/or motion objects into video/photo of sufficient quality to support learner acquisition of objectives and desired performances. These shall be accomplished using software, hardware, and other tools readily available with USCG or specified in the BPA Call.
- Agile development cycle experience.
- Evaluating video/photo for effectiveness in helping learners to perform.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience providing videography and photography work on Government or industry training development initiatives. The government desires but does not require experience in ADL development initiatives.
- Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience providing media support,
- Knowledge of video codex and compression and use of editing software: 3D Studio Max, Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection and Avid Media Composer.
- Must be able to physically observe performance and climb ladders and/or other physical requirements associated with the work environment to include Government facilities or on vessels and platforms.
- Department of Homeland Security, US Coast Guard, or DoD experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- COVID vaccination may be required. (Executive Order 14042 for Federal Contractors)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
