ADL Human Performance Analyst – 1 Opening

Our Company is an innovative small business offering technical, management, and training solutions, has an immediate need for an experienced ADL Human Performance Analyst to support commercial and federal government clients.
Work Location:
Norfolk, VA 1 Openings
Key Responsibilities:
- Use the USCG approved performance system to analyze performance issues in accordance with the USCG Human Performance Technology Handbook and SOP Volume.
- Conduct feasibility analyses for recommendations.
- Engage in analysis project planning and execution.
- Collect data as appropriate that includes task and step-level data.
- Perform and report learner and other analyses (i.e. task analysis), including task analyses.
- Provide findings and recommendations for the development of objectives and suitability of tasks and content for delivery and testing via methods including ADL technologies.
- When an ADL solution is the recommendation from the Performance Analysis, engage in the pre-design .and planning of the ADL product in accordance with USCG Training System SOP Volume 6, Curriculum Outline, and SOP Volume 7.
- Evaluate instructional products for delivery via ADL.
- Participate in reviews of ADL initiatives.
- Perform quality assurance inspections of documents and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a minimum a bachelor’s degree in human performance technology, instructional systems technology, education, organizational psychology or equivalent similar field where a minimum of twenty-four (24) college credits are in Human Performance Technology, Instructional Technology or Instructional Systems.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the analysis, project planning and execution of the Advanced Distributed Learning courseware for complex commercial and government programs.
- Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Government or Industry human performance analysis initiatives such as Harless ABCD methodology.
- Must possess advance knowledge in using the following software applications: Microsoft Office Suite and of all software applications to fully conduct human performance assessment to include flowcharting the "as is" and "to be" processes.
- Must be able to physically observe performance and climb ladders and/or other physical requirements associated with the work environment to include Government facilities or on vessels and platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- COVID vaccination may be required. (Executive Order 14042 for Federal Contractors)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
