Adjunct Faculty - French - Norwich University Job at Norwich University
The Department of Global Humanities at Norwich University invites applications for a position of adjunct in French for academic year 2023-2024 (August - May). This is an in-person position on the Norwich University campus, in Northfield, Vermont. Adjunct faculty teach part-time on a course-by-course basis. Assignments are dependent on pending student enrollment.
Responsibilities include teaching 20-24 credits of beginning, intermediate, advanced, and/or special topics courses. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching, student retention and recruitment.
Renewal of this position will be contingent on successful review.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of a Master's degree in French or a related field; native or near-native fluency in Fench; experience teaching French courses at the college level; demonstrated teaching excellence; expertise in current methodologies and culture-based instruction, including integration of technology in the classroom.
