Technical/Functional Skills

Must Have

• Expertise in Requirement analysis & maturation, Design Specification, Issue analysis and closure
• Expertise in Model-based development in MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow for automotive software/system (preferably ADAS/AD)
• Expertise in Validation/Verification - MIL testing at Unit, Functional & Integrated System level
• Good debugging and communication skills

Good to have –

• Good knowledge of requirements engineering using tools like Doors/Polarion/Jama
• Vehicle (ADAS/AD) Systems Engineering
• Issue Management and Version Control tools like DOORS, JIRA, Github
• Establish and lead working level meetings for cross-functional Teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interact with Feature owner, cross-functional teams (software engineers and Design & Release Engineers) and suppliers
• Issue analysis & closure, requirements maturation
• Analyze the functional specifications and creating corresponding functional behavioral models using MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow
• Test the behavioral models against the feature functional specifications and generate verification reports as per the standards and guidelines
• Establish and lead working level meetings for cross-functional Teams

Generic Managerial Skills

Ability to lead small team

Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Computer Engineering
