Full Job Description
At Sheffield Pharmaceuticals, the home of the original Sheffield Toothpaste, we offer exclusive, quality, branded products to promote wellness and relief to our customers. Our wellness and first aid products include a variety of creams and ointments, nasal products, and toothpaste all made in the USA since 1850. Based in our New London, CT Facility, our Account Specialists support the needs of the Customer by:
- Processing customer inquiries and correspondence on complaints, deliveries, terms, order changes, service and related matters.
- Acknowledging orders, compiles quotations from prevailing price lists and advising customers of order changes.
- Entering sales orders, runs pick sheets and bill of materials as needed.
- Making copies of pick sheets and bill of materials for various departments.
- Relieving and covering the reception area as needed.
- Maintaining proper liaison with compounding, filling, purchasing, machine shop, sales and traffic manager to contribute to the team philosophy.
- Performing other assigned tasks as necessary assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of experience in Customer Service.
- Ability to remain calm and resilient during high-stress interactions.
Pay Rate: $17 - $20/hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
