We are growing our team by adding an Accounts Receivable Supervisor. This position is primarily responsible for handling and processing payments and other monetary and non-monetary transactions in compliance with the company’s policies and standards. This position is also responsible for resolving internal client issues and responding to internal clients’ inquiries and requests for information by performing the following duties.
Requirements:

10 years experience in a billing or accounting role

• Proficient in Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Word Processing Software (Word); and Electronic Mail Software (Outlook).
• Proficient in Textora is a plus
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
• Bookkeeping Certificate

This position is based at our HQ in Montgomeryville, PA and offers a hybrid schedule of 2 days/ week working from home. Some occasional national travel may be required.
