Springpoint in Wall Township, NJ is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative. **This is a Temporary Position from 12/1/2022-5/31/2023.**
In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the Accounts Receivable team and to the assigned Springpoint Senior Living communities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Education/Experience: High School or Equivalent. Cash posting experience. Knowledge of Medicare A and B, Medicaid and Secondary Insurance . Must be comfortable navigating multiple software programs including MyUnity billing software and Excel. Preferred: Two (2) years of experience in SNF billing environment, Rehab Billing, extensive cash posting, utilization of billing software and various insurance portals. Ability to assess and import ancillary data into billing software.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the Accounts Receivable team and to the assigned Springpoint Senior Living communities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cash posting for healthcare, assisted living, independent living and home care accounts.
- Bi-weekly and monthly billing for multiple payers (such as Medicare, Medicaid, secondary co-insurances and private pay).
- Monitoring and recording of deposits, daily high priority cash posting, account review, data entry, ancillary charge assessment and import, statement generation and timely submission of all claims for the assigned locations and assigned payers.
- Performs independent and comprehensive review of all Medicare A, Medicare B, Medicaid and Third Party claims for the community and/or payers assigned. Other duties as assigned
