Accounts Receivable Clerk Job at Kelly

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM
- Pay rate: $26.00 hour.
- Duration: Temporary, 3 months
- Reconciles customer accounts receivable on a daily basis.
- Receives and posts payments in the form of checks and bank wire transfer reports.
- Prepares a weekly aging report to determine status of when accounts are due.
- Prepares and enters journal entries, as necessary, in connection with accounting for statewide Distributors.
- Communicates with customers both in writing and orally to follow up and complete accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Audits credit, processes claims, financial credit & debit memos.
- Keeps daily balance of cash receipts with bank reports.
- Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency required.
