Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for their client located near Millbrook, NY. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks to support the function of the client's organization. This position has an immediate start date!
In this role, you will be most successful if you have:
- 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency with Excel
- Excellent computer and time management skills
- The ability to multi-task and work well in small team
- An Associate’s degree – required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Accounts Payable Specialist job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining accounts payable
- Preparing customer invoices
- Reconciling bank statements
- Verifying financial reports
This position will be Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with pay rate of $20-$25 per hour.
