JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
The AP Specialist position is responsible for effective management, analysis and problem solving of the company’s outstanding payables and expenses for multiple vendors and manufactures.

Job Description
· Process invoices in a timely manner, including obtaining approval, matching invoices to POs, and applying payments
· Research, reconcile, and resolve invoice issues
· Communicate open issues with the Project Management and Sales Team
· Respond to Vendor inquiries in a timely manner
· Develop thorough understanding of CED accounts and accounting process
· Run monthly reports for analysis and to ensure operational effectiveness
· Review Accounts Payable Statements quarterly to ensure accuracy

What do we need in our AP Specialist?
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
· Excellent attention to details and desire to get it right
· Ability to communicate and collaborate with others
· Minimum two years AP experience required
· General understanding of accounting and general ledger reconciliation
· Ability to learn quickly
