Accounts Payable Coordinator Job at Solomon Page
Our client, a well-established company in Paramus, NJ, is looking to hire a fully remote Accounts Payable Coordinator to start immediately. Employees are offered medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and commuter benefits.
Responsibilities:- Process accounts payable invoices
- Distribute to project managers for approval
- Check for extension accuracy / remit address
- Check for proper sales tax charges
- Check for proper approval of returned invoices
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, ideally in a Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting internship / general accounting experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and attention to detail
