Summary:
This is an entry-level position requiring the employee to perform a wide variety of accounting and office support functions.
Es Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process various accounts payable invoices.
- Process and reconcile monthly payables statements / invoices.
- Will work closely with vendors and will perform prompt customer service.
- Primary hours of operation are 8-5 Monday through Friday with occasional overtime.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of two years accounts payable experienced is required.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to fluently speak and write the English language.
- Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook. Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. Working overtime hours could be requried.
