A Day in the Life of an Accounts Payable Clerk at Windy City!
As an accounts payable clerk, you will be responsible for receivables, payables, cash management, and regulatory compliance all while utilizing our dealership management system.
*Efficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred, but not required*
Other Duties Include:
- Daily processing of invoices network wide, including matching statements with invoices for multiple different dealerships
- Maintain and track outstanding vendor invoices
- Process weekly check run and all manual checks including payoff checks all within timely delivery
- Filing as needed to maintain organization
- Coordinate with dealerships for any missing invoices or paperwork
