Accounts Payable Analyst

What the Accounts Payable Analyst will do…
- Process invoices for payment
- 3 way matches (reconcile accounts payable with invoice, purchase orders, and expense bills)
- Work with the AP Manager to do bi-weekly check run process.
- Setup new vendor and maintain vendor master file
- Maintain vendor prepayment schedules
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Reconcile vendor statements
What the company needs in an Accounts Payable Analysist:
- 3+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Punctual, professional, and works well in a team environment
- Basic Excel skills
